InSEA conferences provide a platform for presenting cutting-edge research, innovative methods, and pedagogical practices, while opening up dialogue on how art can shape learning and drive social change.
For us, the conference was particularly inspiring because it expands the boundaries of art learning: it is not only about art education, but also about how we can bring artistic ways of thinking into other fields – into higher education, community development, and organizational learning.
Our presentation contributed to this dialogue by showing how creative, art-based experiential learning can be integrated into non-arts courses, and how this approach supports students’ self-awareness, professional identity, and interpersonal skills.
