The Growth Cards is a visual thinking tool designed to guide participants through the steps of their own development based on the professional confidence model.
They can be used for individual reflection or in group settings, serving as an inner map that helps participants formulate their insights, questions, and personal narratives. More than just images and words, the cards offer a space for discovery and meaning-making.
